Terms & Conditions of Purchase

How To Place a Wholesale Order
Orders may be placed via email contact@ranasalam.com.
Please include the following information:

1. Your business name and email address.
2. Your full name and shipping address.
3. The list of items you wish to purchase with quantities.

Prices
Note: Wholesale prices are for stocking customers* only.

- Wholesale prices are set at 30% OFF our retail price. Subject to product minimum quantity order.
- Wholesale prices do not include shipping & customs fees.

*STOCKING CUSTOMERS are those who display and sell our products in a retail environment or showroom.

Order Minimums
First order minimum value: $5000
Repeat order minimum value: $5000

Condition of Purchase
We keep a small stock of our products in house, however, most of our products are made upon an ordered. All orders are sent to our production studio upon order completion. And therefore the order may not be amended. Orders are produced on a first-in, first-out basis, and therefore, orders may not be added to after placement. All sales are final.

Minimum lead time: 2-6 weeks, depending on the order and the deposit payment date.

Payment Terms & Options
Once we receive your inquiry we will send you an order form with the total cost of items and estimated ship date.

Once orders are confirmed you will receive a pro-forma invoice confirming your order.
Payment is due when your order is placed.
- 50% deposit of the total order is required to confirm your order and commence order production. Remaining 50% is payable before the shipment due date.

We accept PayPal or bank transfers.

PayPal accepts all major debit & credit card payments.

We will send you a PayPal invoice upon PayPal payment request.
You don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay for the invoice.
